BJC Group completes another Puerto Vallarta Restaurant

The BJC Group Inc. of Port Orchard recently completed the construction of the newest Puerto Vallarta Restaurant located in Lacey. The firm also did a complete remodel of the Port Orchard restaurant in late 2006.

The newest building is very similar in layout and style to the other Puerto Vallarta Restaurants with high ceilings, stucco exterior finish, authentic Mexican tile floors, and Spanish tile roofs. It also boasts a stained concrete countertop in the bar, stamped concrete at the outdoor patio, and ornamental railings.

Even though the project was constructed in Lacey a contingent of Kitsap-based subcontractors/suppliers were used, including Evergreen Lumber, Port Orchard Plumbing, Sullivan Heating & Cooling, RV Associates, Yamamoto Landscaping, Architectural Acoustics, Fox Fire Prevention, and Bird Electric.

The architectural design was done by Tom Herstad Building Design of Port Orchard and the structural engineering by Kitsap Consulting Engineers.
